Christine Mehring

Christine Mehring is the Mary L. Block Professor of Art History at the University of Chicago. Her books include Ellsworth Kelly: Color Panels for a Large Wall; Blinky Palermo, Abstraction of an Era; and Sabine Moritz: Limbo, and she co-edited Gerhard Richter: Early Work, 1951–1972. She has curated and cocurated exhibitions including Wols Photographs, Vostell Concrete, Jenny Holzer’s YOU BE MY ALLY, and Monochrome Multitudes.
